Hello Friends, and Happy New Year! I know I've been MIA for awhile, but I'm back! The holidays truly got away from me this year and I found myself last minute shopping like never before! I have vowed not to let that happen to me again this year! And now that I have a year of motherhood under my belt, I'm ready to start diving head first into my crafting. I really let it slide last year, and rightfully so, this little girl I know named Paige needs me! LOL! With all that said, I hope your holidays were fantastic and I also hope that your year is off to a great start.
Speaking of the new year, I really didn't make any resolutions this year. The one thing I told myself that I would do is be more organized. More organized, at home, at work, and in my craft room! Believe it or not, I made my very first trip to the Container Store last week...I {heart} that store! I really didn't know what to do with myself, I was completely overwhelmed! I would love for them to organize my craft room, it's on my "Honey, please, please, please" list. Don't know if it's going to happen - more than likely not, but a girl can dream! Aside from being more organized, I've decided to do a craft show this year. I'm VERY excited! My girlfriend Leslie will come down and partner with me, she's also one crafty mama! I'll keep you posted on that.
Well, that's a quick update from me, and I thought I would leave you with a couple of crafty projects I made for Christmas. The first project was for Paige's teachers. I did a movie theme, and inside the movie ticket was a gift card for a free RedBox movie rental. I added Raisinettes and microwave popcorn to complete the gift.
The second project was for my co-workers. That cute label was cut with my Silhouette and adhered to the bag. I included nail polish, nail file, foot pumice, and a toe separator. Super cute, and easy!
And lastly, I'll leave you with a photo of my sweet baby girl.
That's it for now! I'm happy to be back and I hope you all missed me a little! I hope to be posting more often this year, as I certainly plan to be crafting more often. Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by!
